Litigation in cybercrime and information systems cases.

A lawyer working on cybercrime and information systems cases, who has litigated financial civil claims and crimes against property and/or persons. His work has also included registering and forming companies, following up on their legal procedures—judicially and/or administratively—as well as real estate dispute claims (joint ownership dissolution committees), insurance and compensation lawsuits, and certain offenses under the jurisdiction of the State Security Court. His work has also included strategic litigation planning, managing legal teams in research and/or execution, and preparing comparative legal memoranda and consultations, including those pertaining to in rem matters.
